In five easy steps, you can get your most wanted gadget purchase online:
- Choose the item you want to purchase by clicking the “Add to Cart” button. Do the same for more items
- Once done, press the “Proceed to check-out” pop-up button after each purchase.
- Log-in to your account or create one if you haven’t registered yet.
- Fill-up the necessary information (i.e. address, preferred payment method) and make sure you read and agree to the terms and conditions.
- Finally, you’ll be receiving a confirmation e-mail that your order has been received.
Pickup, Shipping and Delivery
When will my orders be processed?
For pick-up, your order will be processed once you check-out and select your pickup time.
For cash on delivery, your order will be processed as soon as it has been placed.
For credit and debit cards, we will process your order once payment has been confirmed through e-mail.
Where do I pick-up points?
Sampaguita has branches located in Daet and Labo, from which you can choose to pick-up your order based on your selected time from the checkout.

How will my orders be shipped?
Shipping will depend on the customer choice of courier.

What are your shipping rates?
Shipping rates vary depending on the number of items as well as the shipping fee of the chosen courier. You can check the shipping rates on by contacting your chosen delivery service through their hotline.
How do I track my order?

The tracking number will be sent as soon as it’s available. You can track your delivery. We will send you the tracking number as soon as it's available, you can track your delivery depending on your chosen courier.
All items sold at Sampaguita Online Store go through our quality control procedures. We inspect every item before it is shipped, and all goods are shipped fully insured in case of loss or damage. However, there are times when items are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. If this is the case for you, we will gladly replace them.
If you need to return goods to us for whatever reason, please email email@example.com or contact our hotline outlining the reason for return and request your Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 7 days of order receipt, and return your unwanted items within 14 days of receiving your RMA number for an exchange for the same item in a different size or any product that we carry. Any replacement or exchange of the same product will be based on stock availability.
We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our operations center. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain the proof of sending.
If the items shipped are defective or different from the ones you ordered, we will be shouldering the cost of all shipping fees incurred. If you refuse the order or you want to change it due to preference, you will be charged for all shipping, delivery and storage incurred. All returned merchandise must be unopened and in original condition.
All merchandise must be returned in the condition they were received and in original packaging.
